These prices may change without notice. The above prices include the site survey, installation of our equipment and computer set-up. Alberta Communication does not repair your computer and/or supply a router; this is the customer’s responsibility. Once a contract expires the customer is still bound to the acceptable use policy and usage limits of the package. Expired contracts will continue on a month per month basis. If you are not happy within the first 30 days of the contract we will return your money in full. There is no penalty for moving within the contract period. We do require 30 days of notice in writing (email accepted) for cancellation of service or you may be held a 3 month charge. Any contract cancellation without reason will be held to a 3 month penalty.

* First you would contact us via email or the phone.

* We would then take your name, address and phone number.

* For the survey no one has to be home, all we need is access to the roof.

* We do not charge for this but we do ask that the customer is serious in getting our service.

* If we find the signal is good we book you into a time and hook you up.

we do this to determine if the signal is sufficient to connect you up to our system. .

* After we get all the information we inform you that a crew will be out for a survey,
