The RLB - "X" LINE OF FENDER COVERS (RLB-H, RLB-D, RLB-DDW) all have the removeable launderable backer and hooks as well as magnets for attachment purposes. All covers also have loops at each end of the magnet holding sheath in case one needs to also tie the cover in place or tie something to the cover. The soft artificial sheepskin backer acts like a buffing cloth against the paint and does not cause scratching. It is thick and dense to provide shock absorbing without attracting and holding metal shavings etc. The backer has a double layer over the vulnerable fender crown area and is removeable for laundering. Stiffener panels (eg. corrugated plastic sign material) can be added inside the upper layers of the backer to protect wide thin aluminum fenders or if any substantial weight is placed on the fender crown. Since the cover never hits the floor, nothing soaks through from the top side, does not overlay the battery or cover inside the engine bay (eg. over the brake cylinder) and folds with the backer inside for storage, the backer may need laundering only once every 5 years for example.

Front Bumper & Grill Protector (FBGP) for front end protection. Typically the RLB-D or the RLB-DDW is used across the front depending on how much coverage is required. The FBGP is not padded and is usually not used for these automobiles.
